These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and purchase of the digital products sold under the brand Sovereign Wealth ("we", "us", "our"), operated by ICONS Digital Group BV, registered in the Netherlands (KvK 60385898, VAT NL853887731B01), Singel 268, 3311HK Dordrecht, Netherlands. By purchasing or using our products you agree to these Terms.

1. What we sell

We sell digital ebooks on behavioral finance and personal-finance psychology, delivered electronically as downloadable files. Prices are shown on our website and at checkout in the applicable currency, inclusive of any taxes where required.

2. Educational content, not financial advice

Our products are for general educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, tax, legal, or other professional advice, and nothing in them should be relied upon as such. We make no guarantee of any specific financial outcome. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

3. Payment & merchant of record

Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), which acts as the reseller of our products, handles the transaction, and collects and remits applicable sales taxes/VAT. Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms. Card and payment data are handled by Lemon Squeezy and never stored by us.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered electronically immediately after successful payment, via a download link and/or email. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to download your files.

5. Licence & acceptable use

Upon purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the product for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the files;
• reproduce or republish the content, in whole or part, publicly;
• remove any copyright or proprietary notices.

6. Intellectual property

All content, text, design, and branding remain our property or that of our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any financial decisions you make. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Dordrecht, the Netherlands.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
